To learn about some of the changes that could be made to give people more options to save, Liane Hansen talks with Jack VanDerhei , a Research Fellow at the Employee Benefits Research Institute, a non-partisan, non-profit research group. He's also an Employee Benefits Professor at Temple University in Philadelphia.
